Project Site Engineer, Taguig

Working Schedule: Monday Saturday

Working Hours: 9:00 AM 6:00 PM

Salary Offer: 20,000 25,000 (depending on experience)

Huayu KJ Supply & Leasing Corp. is seeking a motivated and responsible Field Engineer to join our growing operations team. In this role, you will oversee the coordination, monitoring, and documentation of construction material deliveries to various project sites, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and proper record management.

The role requires close coordination with drivers, warehouse personnel, suppliers, and project site representatives to ensure that construction materials are delivered correctly and on schedule.

In addition to field coordination, the Field Engineer may also assist in client coordination and project communication, where strong communication and professional presentation skills are important.

Work assignments depend on current project deployment. When assigned to a project, you will be deployed on-site. If there is no active project assignment, you will report to our Head Office in BGC, Taguig to assist with documentation, coordination, and logistics operations.

Our projects are currently located in areas such as Batangas, Laguna, Tarlac, Gapan (Nueva Ecija), and Bulacan etc., depending on operational requirements.

• Monitor and verify the delivery of construction materials such as aggregates, cement, steel, and other building supplies to project sites
• Manage and organize delivery documents including Delivery Receipts (DR), trip tickets, and site acknowledgment forms
• Conduct checks on delivery trucks to ensure correct materials, quantities, and proper documentation before and after dispatch
• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse staff, suppliers, and project site personnel to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Report delivery discrepancies, shortages, or delays to the operations team and assist in resolving issues promptly
• Maintain accurate records of material deliveries, dispatch logs, and site documentation
• Monitor and track construction supplies delivered to various project locations
• Perform site visits and coordination with project engineers and site supervisors regarding material deliveries
• Assist in client coordination and communication regarding material requirements and project updates when necessary
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety protocols during delivery and site coordination

• Bachelors Degree in Engineering (preferably Civil Engineering or Industrial Engineering)
• PRC License is an advantage.
• Preferably with 13 years of experience in construction, site coordination, logistics, or related field operations
• Strong organizational and documentation management skills
• Good communication and coordination skills with drivers, warehouse teams, and project personnel
• Must have the ability to communicate professionally with clients and project teams
• Sales communication or client-facing experience is a must.
• Must be willing to travel and be assigned to project sites in Batangas, Laguna, Tarlac, Gapan, Bulacan, or other locations as required by the company
• Must be willing to work both on-site and at the Head Office in BGC when not deployed to a project
• Must know how to drive and possess a valid drivers license (highly preferred)
• Familiarity with construction materials and logistics coordination is an advantage

Accommodation arrangements depend on the employees project assignment. Accommodation will be provided when the Field Engineer is deployed to an active project site outside the office location. When there is no active project assignment and the employee is reporting to the Head Office in BGC, Taguig, accommodation will not be provided.
