Location: McKinley Work Setup: Hybrid after training (Training: Pure onsite for 23 months) Shift Schedule: Night Shift

Job Summary: We are hiring Accounting professionals to support corporate and general accounting operations. The roles require strong accounting fundamentals, attention to detail, and experience handling financial transactions, reconciliations, and reporting. These positions are responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, supporting month-end processes, and performing financial data analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and process large and complex journal entries

Perform balance sheet, general ledger, and sub-ledger reconciliations

Handle P&L analysis and variance analysis reporting

Manage contra asset accounts and financial records

Perform bank reconciliation activities (including heavy reconciliation for corporate accounting roles)

Process prepayments, intercompany transactions, and manual accounting entries

Support financial reporting and data validation tasks

Assist in accounting documentation and compliance requirements

Support accounting data analysis and reporting using financial systems

Qualifications:

Bachelors Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

CPA is preferred but not required

Sr. Staff Accountant: 45 years of relevant accounting experience

Staff Accountant: At least 2 years of relevant accounting experience

Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting processes

Technical Skills:

Advanced MS Excel proficiency (data manipulation, formulas, reporting, and analysis)

Knowledge of ERP systems is an advantage

Strong numerical and data interpretation skills

Corporate Accounting Focus Requirements (Sr. Staff Accountant Corporate Accounting):

Strong experience in bank reconciliation (including high-volume or complex reconciliations)

Experience in manual data entries and financial processing

Knowledge of prepayments and intercompany accounting transactions

Soft Skills:

Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

High attention to detail and accuracy

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced, shifting schedule environment
