Status: Full-time

As a Content and Social Media Specialist, you will be the voice of the brand across digital platforms. You will bridge the gap between complex U.S. healthcare industry trends and engaging, lead-generating content. This role requires a high-level researcher and storyteller who can manage social platforms while supporting global PR initiatives.

• Bachelors Degree (Post-graduate degree is a plus).
• 7+ years of total professional experience.
• 3+ years of professional writing experience for external English-speaking audiences.
• Proven track record in managing and growing social media platforms (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Facebook).
• Fluent in English with excellent research and independent content creation skills.
• Ability to work the Night Shift (U.S. business hours).
• Preferred: Advanced skills in visual/video content and familiarity with U.S. healthcare or labor policy.

• Social Media Management: Grow brand presence on X/Twitter, Facebook, and LinkedIn with a focus on lead generation and credibility.
• Content Creation: Write and edit strategic articles and research-driven content for owned media channels.
• U.S. News Monitoring: Track daily U.S. healthcare recruitment and policy trends to keep leadership informed of industry shifts.
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Career Support, and Marketing teams to execute aligned campaign strategies.
• Global PR Support: Assist in global initiatives through high-quality stakeholder content and research projects.
