Project Coordinator, Taguig

(For candidates with basic site experience; no certification required)

We are urgently hiring 23 Site Runners / Field Coordinators to support daily project site operations. This role requires frequent travel between office, project sites, and yards. The position involves site coordination, document handling, delivery checking, and materials verification.

• Coordinate daily with contractors, foremen, and suppliers on-site
• Follow up on materials, schedules, and pending site concerns
• Perform document collection and submission (POs, DRs, SIs, waybills, receiving documents, etc.)
• Act as on-site checker:
• Verify delivered materials (quantity, specifications, condition)
• Take photos and document discrepancies
• Report and escalate issues immediately
• Conduct goods inspection and delivery confirmation
• Assist in ride-alongs when needed to ensure proper receiving and sign-off
• Travel regularly between office, sites, and warehouses/yards

• Must know how to drive (with valid drivers license)
• Must be able to ride a motorcycle confidently (daily site runs)
• With background in construction/site operations, materials handling, logistics, warehouse receiving, or related field

• Experience in construction site coordination
• Strong communication and basic negotiation skills
• Organized and detail-oriented
