Bachelors degree holder in any relevant field

35 years of experience in Business Development or Importation Management

With experience in sales in logistic company, is a plus

At least 3 years in a leadership or managerial role

Amenable to attending face-to-face interviews

Can start as soon as possible

Job Description / Responsibilities

Lead and implement overall business development strategies by identifying, evaluating, and converting new sales opportunities in importation, freight forwarding, and customs brokerage.

Drive market expansion initiatives while establishing and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and long-term retention.

Oversee end-to-end importation and logistics processes, including supplier coordination, order management, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and transportation operations.

Ensure strict compliance with customs regulations, tariff requirements, and all applicable importation and logistics laws and standards.

Lead logistics sales initiatives and work closely with the operations team to successfully onboard, implement, and manage both new and existing client accounts.
