Job Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse or Active Licence Pharmacist
- At least 1 year of BPO Clinical / Healthcare experience or
- 1 year of Bedside / Hospital Experience
- Answer inbound calls from patients, healthcare providers, and insurance members.
- Explain health benefits, coverage details, and medical policies.
- Assist with prior authorizations and claims status inquiries.
- Review medical records and documentation as needed.
- Provide basic health education and clinical guidance within scope.
- Document all interactions accurately in the system.
- Escalate complex clinical concerns to appropriate departments.
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA and company policies.
