- Ensure compliance with all applicable BSP regulations, circulars, and reporting requirements.
- Monitor, maintain, and update internal compliance policies in line with BSP standards.
- Assist during BSP audits, reviews, and regulatory examinations.
- Conduct compliance monitoring activities and regular risk assessments.
- Track and verify compliance with BSP rules affecting fintech and payment service operations.
- Prepare compliance reports and provide recommendations to management.
- Act as a liaison with BSP for regulatory inquiries, submissions, and inspections.
- Location: Onsite work in BGC, Taguig
- Can start ASAP
