Job Summary:

The .NET Developer is responsible for building secure, high-quality, and scalable technical solutions that address customer needs and deliver immediate value. The role ensures minimal regression issues in production and adheres to best practices in software development, security, and maintainability.

Key Accountabilities:

• Ensure technical solutions effectively solve customer problems and deliver immediate value
• Build code following agreed best practices around security, quality, and maintainability
• Ensure minimal regression bugs are released to production

Key Responsibilities:

• Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code using best software development practices
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Maintain, expand, and scale the platform
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and industry trends and apply them to operations
• Control and govern quality outcomes
• Adhere to secure software development patterns and practices
• Document all code and participate in code reviews
• Contribute to estimation and design sessions
• Implement shift-left testing policies, ensuring unit testing is part of each code release
• Follow source control management rules (e.g., Git)
• Participate in Lightning Talk sessions to share knowledge
• Mentor and guide less experienced members of the development team
• Participate in software architecture discussions and workshops
• Contribute to CI/CD strategy initiatives

Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in .NET/C# and asynchronous programming with at least 3 years of experience
• At least 3 years of experience in ASP.NET MVC
• At least 3 years of experience in Web Services
• At least 3 years of experience in JavaScript
• At least 3 years of experience in Angular
