We are seeking a detail-oriented manage care analyst to join our healthcare/financial team. This role is crucial in ensuring the accuracy and compliance of medical bills and claims while supporting our commitment to operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze medical bills for accuracy, and adherence to fee schedules.
• Identify billing discrepancies, errors, and potential overpayments, and take appropriate corrective action.
• Process denied or rejected claims following company policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Communicate findings and resolutions clearly with internal teams and external providers.
• Maintain thorough documentation of bill reviews and audit processes.
• Stay up-to-date with medical billing regulations and coding updates.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree (required); Business Administration/Financial/Information System (preferred)
• Experience in medical billing, claims review, or healthcare analytics.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and other reporting tools.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
