Sales Director, Taguig

The Sales Director Hospital Business is responsible for leading and executing the companys sales strategy across hospital accounts. This role drives revenue growth, builds strategic partnerships with hospital stakeholders, manages regional/national sales teams, and ensures achievement of sales targets while maintaining compliance with healthcare regulations.

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, Life Sciences, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 5 - 10 years of sales experience in healthcare, medical devices, pharma, diagnostics, or hospital services.
• Minimum 4 6 years in a leadership role managing large sales teams.
• Strong understanding of hospital procurement cycles and tender processes.
• Experience handling institutional and government accounts.
