Sales & Marketing Officer

Location: BVI Sales Manila Office (with travel as required) -

BE Residences is looking for a dynamic and self-driven Sales & Marketing Officer to help expand our presence across Metro Manila and nearby cities.

This role is at the frontline of brand building and revenue generation responsible for growing broker networks, strengthening digital visibility, and converting online inquiries into booked sales.

• Key Responsibilities:Build and manage relationships with allied brokers and sales partners
• Conduct project presentations, briefings, and Product Knowledge Seminars (PKS)
• Recruit and grow broker networks within assigned territories
• Manage assigned social media pages and digital platforms
• Create and post project updates, promos, and investment highlights
• Monitor and respond to online inquiries; qualify and endorse leads
• Support site visits, activations, roadshows, and sales events
• Maintain accurate records of brokers, leads, and client engagements
• Assist in preparing sales and marketing reports

• Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Preferably with at least 2 years of experience in real estate sales, broker management, or digital sales (dynamic and self-driven fresh graduates are welcome to apply!)
• Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills
• Highly independent, proactive, and results-driven
• Comfortable handling both on-ground sales activities and online lead management
• Willing to travel as needed
• Must be okay with onboarding, training, and immersion at our Cebu Main Office for ~2 weeks (covered by the company)
