Sales Representative, Taguig

Communication Management 

• Monitor and respond promptly to emails, teams, Viber, and Messenger communications. 
• Address issues and concerns in a timely manner. 
• Report significant concerns to the Sales Operation Lead and Manager promptly. 

Order Management 

• Generate suggested orders based on store consumption rates, current stock levels, and product expiration dates. 
• Assess Merchandiser's inventory monitoring for stock levels, expiration dates, and product movement. 
• Coordinate with buyers to finalize orders, considering warehouse stock availability. 

Purchase Order Processing 

• Provide buyers with available stock information and suggestions for critical or zero-stock items. 
• Follow up with buyers to ensure timely release of purchase orders (POs). 
• Review and verify POs, especially those released through portals, before proceeding with deliveries. 
• Accurately enter received POs into the SAP system in a timely manner. 
• Collaborate with accounting and Logistics to ensure all stocks are prepared for delivery. 

Delivery Coordination: 

• Schedule deliveries by booking with store receiving departments to avoid penalties. 
• Propose delivery schedules based on store availability and merchandiser timetables. 
• Verify the accuracy and completeness of orders by cross-referencing sales invoices with POs. 
• Prepare necessary documents and materials for merchandisers aligned with delivery dates. 
• Organize stocks for provincial deliveries. 
• Coordinate with Sales Operation Lead, merchandising leads, logistics, trucking personnel, store receiving departments, and buyers to resolve any delivery issues. 
• Ensure all deliveries are completed as scheduled. 
• Report delivery issues to the Sales Operations Leas for escalation to Management, Logistics, and Accounting as needed. 

Inventory and Purchase Requests: 

• Review on-hand stock levels before placing orders. 
• Base orders on monthly store consumption data. 
• Discuss purchase requests with the Supermarket Head for approval. 

Cross-Functional Collaboration:  

• Work closely with Business Development, marketing, product, and finance teams to support sales initiatives. 
• Participate in cross-functional projects aimed at improving overall business performance. 
• Conduct regular field audits to assess sales performance, compliance, and operational standards. 
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, providing feedback and insights for strategic adjustments. 
• Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions. 
• Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales team members to enhance their skills and performance.
