  • Handle new account acquisition and promote services and offerings.
  • Assist with order inquiries and ensure smooth order processing.
  • Manage billing services, including credit adjustments, disputes, and payments.
  • Provide timely resolution for complaints and general customer service inquiries.
  • Support account upgrades and downgrades.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue resolution.
  • Drive revenue by upselling or cross-selling relevant products.


  • At least a Senior High school or High school Graduate
  • Willing to work on-site in Taguig
  • Candidates must have a minimum of six (6) months of call center experience, with at least one tenure completed as a regular employee in a single company.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills 
  • Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information 
  • Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner
