Description

Handle new account acquisition and promote services and offerings.
Assist with order inquiries and ensure smooth order processing.
Manage billing services, including credit adjustments, disputes, and payments.
Provide timely resolution for complaints and general customer service inquiries.
Support account upgrades and downgrades.
Ensure customer satisfaction through clear communication and issue resolution.
Drive revenue by upselling or cross-selling relevant products.

At least a Senior High school or High school Graduate
Willing to work on-site in Taguig
Candidates must have a minimum of six (6) months of call center experience, with at least one tenure completed as a regular employee in a single company.
With excellent oral and written communication skills
Can educate customers on inquiries and other product information
Able to handle issues and complaints in a professional manner
