Multi Skilled Technician, Taguig

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Maintenance & Repair: Perform electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repairs, including fixing lighting, plumbing fixtures, and equipment.
• Preventative Maintenance: Conduct routine inspections, cleaning, and maintenance of facilities and equipment to prevent breakdowns.
• Troubleshooting: Diagnose malfunctions in machinery and building systems, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.
• Facility Improvements: Perform carpentry, painting, masonry, and basic construction tasks to maintain the buildings appearance and functionality.
• Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety protocols, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations, and facility safety procedures.
• Documentation & Reporting: Maintain detailed records of repairs, maintenance work, and material usage, reporting abnormalities to management.
• Vendor Coordination: Assist or monitor external contractors during repairs or, installations.
• Operational Support: Respond to emergency maintenance calls, manage inventory of tools, and ensure the workplace is clean and organized. 

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Versatility: Proficiency in multiple trades (electrical, mechanical, plumbing).
• Technical Knowledge: Understanding of HVAC systems, building automation, and, at times, IT/network cabling.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement, quick,, effective solutions.
• Physical Stamina: Capable of lifting heavy equipment, working at heights, or standing for long periods.
• Communication: Ability to work well with teams and communicate, repairs needed to, non-technical staff.
