Description
- Ensures company-wide environmental compliance by managing permits, clearances, and PCO accreditation while handling related administrative and coordination tasks.
- Handles administrative and environmental compliance requirements with government agencies (DENR, LLDA, EMB, and LGUs).
- Monitors the validity and renewal of environmental permits and clearances.
- Coordinates with Pollution Control Officers (PCOs) across all locations to ensure compliance and accreditation.
- Assists in sourcing accredited suppliers for PCO training and prepares related requisitions.
- Manages document filing, data entry, and submission of reports to concerned offices.
- Coordinates with internal departments for supporting documents and operational requirements.
- Prepares and processes cash requisitions and other administrative tasks related to environmental compliance.
Job Requirements
- Willingness to liaise to different government agencies is a must.
