HR Technology Business Analyst, Taguig

Non-negotiable qualifications:

* Bachelors degree, preferably in Accounting/ Finance/Business Management.

* At least 2 years work experience on Finance Admin & Reporting

* Possess exceptional communication skills, good organizational skills and keen analytical ability and attention to detail

* Proficient in Microsoft Office Excel.

* Proficiency in Macros is required.

* Ability to solve problem effectively, multitask etc.

* Has experience leading or mentoring junior team members

* Action-oriented and ability to assume ownership of requests/problems and deliver effective resolutions to customers

* Creativity for devising effective customer solutions within pre-determined guidelines

* Quantitative proficiency for performing manual calculations. Adaptability and capacity to handle changing priorities

* Must be amenable to work in Taguig - Hybrid Set-up

* Reject applicants with frequent job switching or serial job-hoppers

* Must not currently or formerly be employed with CGI

* No active recent application with CGI

* Amenable to mid shift schedule

Position Description:

* Function as the primary contact for client enquiries, requests and ad hoc projects

* Function as a senior member who is able to coach and mentor junior members of the team

* Supports project teams to improve efficiency, ensure compliance with standard project methodology, and ensure speedy and accurate reporting

* Identify special techniques and approaches that will be required within the project and improve efficiency

* Support the creation and improvement of processes, procedures, and tools

* Facilitate the alignment of the project portfolio with the business strategy and objectives

* Subject Matter Expert in area of work

* Document, update and store OPMs or work instructions in respective sites

* Perform duties as documented in the OPMs/work instructions

* Stay in the project/team for at least 2 years
