Service Delivery Manager, Taguig

Your role typically involves overseeing and directing the strategic planning, operations, and financial performance of the BPO division within a company.

• Developing and implementing strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and achieve business goals.
• Managing the overall performance of the Wealth Investment and Asset Management division, including client satisfaction, quality assurance, and cost management.
• Leading and supervising a team of managers and professionals to ensure smooth operations and high productivity.
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing solutions to meet their requirements.
• Analyzing market trends, identifying new business opportunities, and recommending strategies to expand the Wealth Investment and Asset Management services.
• Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting for the BPO division.

• At least 5 to 10 years as a Manager, Service Delivery Manager, or in an equivalent leadership role.
• Minimum of 2 years in Banking/Financial Services Operations in a managerial capacity.
• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Financial Management, Marketing, Business Management, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience in IT operations.
• Strong data analysis skills, experience utilizing KPIs for decision-making.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strategic thinking, ability to work under pressure, hands-on problem-solving approach.
• Should not be a job hopper who only stays for less than a year per company.
