Data Analytics Associate, Taguig

Location: Arca South, Taguig, Metro Manila

Work Shift: Day Shift (Full-Time)

Salary: Php 21,000 Php 25,000 (Negotiable based on aptitude) 

About the Role

This role is designed for high-potential fresh graduates who possess a strong quantitative mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making. You will gain hands-on experience in portfolio analytics, risk modeling, and credit scorecard development in a fast-growing environment.

Your Responsibilities

Assist in data extraction, cleaning, and validation from internal systems

Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) and data segmentation

Support development and enhancement of credit scorecards

Prepare analytical reports, dashboards, and presentations for management

Conduct validation and back-testing of risk models and strategies

Monitor portfolio performance and generate periodic risk analytics updates

Support cross-functional data analysis for Acquisition, Behavioral, Collections, and Marketing strategies

Work closely with other internal departments to understand data flows and improve data quality

Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related quantitative field.

Foundational knowledge of statistics and probability

Basic proficiency in at least one analytical programming language (Python/R/SAS)

Familiarity with Excel for data analysis

Understanding in basic data structures and logical thinking.

Internship experience in analytics, finance, consulting, or data-related roles
