The Role
As the Receptionist for the Executive Lobby, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our companys senior leadership, VIP clients, and global partners. This isn't just a front-desk role; it is a high-visibility position that requires a unique blend of sophisticated communication, unwavering discretion, and a "can-do" executive mindset.
The ideal candidate will curate a welcoming, organized, and secure environment that mirrors the professional standards of our executive suite.
Key Responsibilities
VIP Relations: Provide a warm, professional welcome to executives, VIP guests, and clients, ensuring a world-class first impression.
Lobby Orchestration: Maintain a polished, orderly, and professional atmosphere within the executive reception area at all times.
Security & Protocol: Strictly manage visitor access, screening and endorsing guests according to company security and safety protocols.
Professional Communication: Manage high-level inquiries via phone and email with confidence, clarity, and total discretion.
Logistics Management: Oversee the secure handling of executive correspondence, sensitive documents, and time-critical deliveries.
Executive Support: Provide ad-hoc administrative and clerical assistance to management and the executive team as required.
Qualifications
Experience: Proven background as a corporate receptionist or front desk professional within a high-tier corporate environment. Direct experience working with senior executives is required.
Education: Bachelors degree preferred; however, exceptional relevant experience will be highly considered.
Communication: Mastery of the English language (written and verbal) with the ability to converse confidently with VIPs.
Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to remain calm and composed under high-pressure scenarios.
Professionalism: A high standard of personal presentation, a professional demeanor, and a deep understanding of corporate confidentiality.
