We are looking for a results-driven Consumer Loan Officer to manage and grow the companys consumer loan portfolio. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing new borrowers, evaluating loan applications, conducting credit assessments, and ensuring smooth processing and approval of consumer loans.

This role requires strong sales ability, financial analysis skills, and in-depth knowledge of consumer lending products such as personal loans, auto loans, salary loans, and other retail lending solutions.

Actively source and generate new consumer loan accounts through referrals, networking, fieldwork, and online channels.

Assess and evaluate loan applications, ensuring completeness and accuracy of required documents.

Conduct credit investigation and financial analysis to determine borrower eligibility and repayment capacity.

Recommend loan approvals or rejections based on risk assessment and company lending policies.

Guide clients through the end-to-end loan process, from application to release of funds.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Meet monthly loan production targets and portfolio growth goals.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, lending guidelines, and regulatory standards.

Monitor loan performance and coordinate with collections when necessary.

Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.

Proven experience in consumer lending, banking, financing, or financial services.

Strong understanding of credit analysis, loan documentation, and risk assessment.

Demonstrated ability to generate and close loan accounts.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Results-oriented and target-driven.

Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
