Clinical Coordinator, Taguig

We are currently ramping up for the Medical Billing Specialist role. This position requires hands-on experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). Candidates must have a minimum of 6 months relevant experience in medical billing or related RCM functions. Please note that applicants without prior RCM experience will not be considered for this role.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end medical billing processes
• Submit and follow up on insurance claims (primary & secondary)
• Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
• Review, correct, and resubmit denied or rejected claims
• Post payments and reconcile EOBs/ERAs
• Ensure compliance with billing regulations and payer guidelines
• Maintain accurate patient and billing records
• Work with internal teams to resolve billing discrepancies

Requirements

• Minimum of 6 months experience in Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)
• Proven experience in medical billing, claims processing, or AR follow-up
• Familiarity with CPT, ICD-10, and HCPCS coding (basic to intermediate level)
• Knowledge of US healthcare billing processes and insurance payers
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good communication and documentation skills

Nice to Have

• Experience with medical billing software or EMR systems
• Prior work with US healthcare providers or billing companies

Qualifications:

Must have at least 1-2 years of related work experience in a BPO, with a minimum of 6 months of medical billing experience

Must be proficient in English

Schedule: Shifting schedule and may work during holidays

Must be willing to work on-site
