HR Generalist, Taguig

Description

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in recruitment and hiring processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Manage and update HR policies, procedures, and employee handbooks in line with labor laws and organizational changes.
Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance management.
Administer employee benefits, leaves of absence, and time-off requests.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HRIS data.
Support payroll processing by ensuring timely submission of employee data and changes.
Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding experiences.
Assist with performance management processes including reviews, goal setting, and development plans.
Ensure compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements related to employment.
Organize training programs, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related events.
Support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts within the organization.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
years of experience in an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Solid knowledge of HR functions, labor laws, and best practices
Experience with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
High level of confidentiality, integrity, and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
