Job Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration
• At least 3 years experience in a Business Specialist or similar role.
• Proven experience working with financial or insurance agencies.
• Knowledge of HMO insurance processes or prior experience in the medical/healthcare industry.
• Amenable to work immediately.

• Stay updated on the latest market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices.
• Design and implement strategies to optimize the companys healthcare services and HMO offerings.
• Drive the creation of new products, services, and innovative business solutions to enhance client value.
• Ensure alignment of strategies with organizational goals and oversee their successful execution.
