  • Minimum 25 years experience in HVAC preventive maintenance or facilities management.
  • Proficient in MS Office, service management software, and PMS tracking tools.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work across multiple sites.
