Description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist and support on the selection process of suppliers (affiliated cars companies) to ensure the smoothly operation as business required.
  • Allocate vehicle routes to each supplier on new open routes. to be able to respond to business plans and customer demands and requirements in time.
  • Follow up, assess, and evaluate the performance of suppliers. Coordinate and build relationships including regularly visit and oversee the operations site.
  • Issue a warning letter for supplier when agreements or regulations disobey.
  • Perform other work delivered by the company or superior.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration/Management, Logistics/Operations or any related course.
  • Fresh Graduate with internship background experience in procurement.
  • Can communicate, negotiate and able to coordinate well with supplier and internal department.
  • Advance MS Excel skills.
  • Proficient verbal English communication skills.
  • Have rational thinking and to work proactively, improve, develop and generate results to reach department goal.
  • Willing to do Business Trips
  • Amenable to work on site Monday to Saturday: Upper McKinley Hill, Taguig City
  • Can Drive 4Wheels is an advantage!
