Project Manager/Supervisor, Taguig

Overview: Lead automation projects from start to finish, ensuring smooth delivery, client satisfaction, and team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage automation projects end-to-end (planning, tracking, risk management, deployment).
• Supervise coordinators and junior staff, balancing workloads and providing guidance.
• Act as main client contact, run status updates, and manage scope changes.
• Ensure delivery standards, governance, and best practices are followed.
• Support pre-sales with estimates and identify automation opportunities.
• Track KPIs, prepare reports, and maintain documentation.
• Drive continuous improvement and contribute to automation roadmap.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in IT/Business/Engineering.
• 23 years in automation delivery or IT project coordination.
• Experience supervising junior team members.
• Strong client-facing communication skills.
• Knowledge of automation lifecycle and project methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Pre-sales and commercial delivery exposure is a plus.
