REQUIREMENTS (We have two tracks):

Experienced Agents: Minimum 6 Months BPO Experience is MANDATORY.

New Agents: College Graduates/Freshers are welcome to apply for select entry-level accounts.


Job Role & Responsibilities

* Professionally manage and resolve high-volume inbound customer inquiries (via phone, chat, or email) in a timely and accurate manner.

* Identify, troubleshoot, and provide solutions for customer concerns, ensuring first-call resolution (FCR) where possible.

* Maintain a high level of product and procedural knowledge to effectively assist customers.
