Description

Duties And Responsibilities:

  • Assists in answering phone calls, takes down messages, and relaying to concerned parties.
  • Assists lawyers/legal researchers with their office activities.
  • Assist in mailing, scanning, arrange for delivery, and filing of legal correspondence to clients, RTCs, witnesses, copy furnishes, and court officials.
  • Compiles pleadings and legal documents for filing (printing, photocopies of the documents and annexes, affidavit of service).
  • Calling of courts to follow up schedule of motions and hearings.
  • Maintains record of logged job request in Excel database.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelors/College degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or equivalent.
  • With excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Excellent in MS Office.
  • Willing to work in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City.
  • New graduates are welcome to apply.
