Oracle ERP Administrator, Taguig

Non Negotiable:

• Strong expertise in ERP platforms (Oracle, Manhattan etc)
• Proficiency in process mapping and optimization using tools like Visio or Lucidchart
• Ability to create and interpret flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, architecture diagrams and business process flow documentation
• Experienced in end-to-end project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder communication
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science or related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP implementation and process improvement
• Strong understanding of ERP platforms such as Oracle
• Experience in project management, including planning, execution, and stakeholder coordination
• Proficiency in process mapping and diagramming tools (e.g., Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart)
• Ability to identify and analyze process inefficiencies, pain points, and root causes
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams
• Project Management certification is an advantage
• Experience in change management and user training delivery

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end process analysis and ERP system design across functional areas (Finance, Supply Chain, HR, etc.)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, identify inefficiencies, and propose scalable solutions
• Develop and maintain detailed process documentation, including flowcharts, swimlane diagrams, and SOPs
• Identify process bottlenecks, pain points, and system gaps, and recommend improvements or automation opportunities
• Support ERP configuration, testing, and deployment activities
• Manage ERP-related initiatives, including timelines, resources, risks, and stakeholder communication
• Conduct impact assessments and change management activities
• Monitor post-implementation performance and continuously seek opportunities for optimization
