Role Overview
We are looking for an RPO Recruiter with 13 years of experience to support end-to-end recruitment for client accounts. The role requires working onsite three times per week and collaborating closely with hiring managers and recruitment teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and social platforms
- Conduct initial phone or virtual screenings
- Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communications
- Maintain accurate records in ATS and ensure SLA compliance
Qualifications
- 13 years of recruitment experience (RPO, BPO, or agency experience preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work onsite three times per week
- Amenable to a day shift schedule (9:00 AM 6:00 PM)
