The Guest Service Specialist is responsible for:

• Responsible for the seat of customers, explain menu items, take orders, refill drinks, and clear tables.
• Greet customers and offer menu recommendations, assist with seating arrangements, and provide timely service.
• Responsible for ensuring that customers have a pleasant and enjoyable dining experience.

Qualifications:

• Open for High School graduates, Associate, Vocational, and Diploma courses in any related Food and Beverage courses.
• With experience in the hospitality/food industry (Internship or work).
• Can communicate well (English and local language).
• Has pleasing personality.
• Willing to work around Metro Manila.
