Position: Sales Admin Team Lead
Industry: Construction Company
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Salary: Php50,000 Php70,000
Schedule: Monday to Friday (Dayshift)

Job Requirements:
- Bachelors Degree Holder
- At least 6-7 years working experience in administrative, sales role and commercial operations.
- At least 3-3 years of experience in supervisory or leading a team.
- Experience working with ERP software system (QuickBooks, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle, etc.)
- Amenable to work as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the sales team to meet the profitability standards of the branch.
- Handle customer inquiries and manage direct invoicing to the customers.
- Prepare accurate monthly accounts receivable reports
- Process Vendor accreditations form and monitoring customers credit applications.
- Coordinate with the logistic department deliveries and processing the orders.
