Description

Job Summary:

  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and provide support related to client investment accounts, transactions, and account servicing needs.
  • Coordinate with internal departments, including operations and accounting, to resolve client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Ensure all client requests are processed in accordance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Complies with company and group policies and maintains compliance awareness.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and other communication channels in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information to address client needs and build rapport.
  • Process various client requests, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and account updates.
  • Maintain accurate client records, documentation, and correspondence in systems and other databases.
  • Ensure data integrity and compliance with all internal and external record-keeping requirements.
  • Escalate complex inquiries and coordinate with relevant teams to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the client experience and improve service delivery processes through feedback collection and technology enhancements.
  • Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by the immediate superior.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service or similar roles within the financial industry, preferably fund management.
  • Knowledgeable in capital markets, investment products, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients.
  • Proficient in computer literacy, especially Microsoft applications.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
  • Keen attention to detail with an instant grasp of process orientation, accountability, and a sense of urgency.
