Position: Administrative Coordinator

Industry: Food industry, manufacturing and distribution

Location: Western Bicutan, Taguig City

Salary: Php20,000 Php25,000

Schedule: Monday Friday (7:30AM 4:30PM)

Work Set up: Work on site

Job Requirements:

Bachelors Degree Holder

At least 2-3 years of work experience in administrative and sales role.

Knowledgeable in Microsoft excel, Powerpoint & MS word.

Willing to work fully on site.

Amenable to work as soon as possible


Job Responsibilities:

Act as the key liaison between the NCR sales team and other departments to ensure timely and effective responses to customer needs.

Keep customer records, price lists, contracts, and sales documents accurate and up-to-date.

Track and analyze sales performance, preparing insightful reports for management.

Support the Assistant Manager with projects and tasks, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Prepare daily order forms and organize essential documents to keep workflows seamless.
