The Japanese Bilingual Technical Support Representative provides first-level technical assistance to Japanese-speaking customers. This role handles troubleshooting, issue resolution, and customer guidance via phone, email, or chat while delivering excellent customer experience.
- Provide technical support to Japanese-speaking customers via phone, email, or chat
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, or application issues
- Accurately document customer interactions, issues, and resolutions in the system
- Escalate complex or unresolved issues to higher-level support teams when needed
- Follow standard operating procedures and service level agreements (SLAs)
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by providing clear, professional, and timely support
- Stay updated on product knowledge, system updates, and technical processes
Qualifications:
- At least 2nd year college completed with no back subject or college graduate
- Fluent in Japanese & English (spoken and written)
- With at least 1 year TSR or IT Helpdesk experience
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Willing to work in shifting schedules
