Position: Employee relation (HR + One day hiring)

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree holder
• At least 1-2 years of experience in Employee Relations
• Amenable to work on site in Makati
• Amenable to attend face to face interview
• Can start as soon as possible

Key Responsibilities:

• In charge of consolidating updates to the company's rules, regulations, and policies.
• Handles the daily administrative tasks in Employee
• Relations and HR duties of an organization.
• Assisting the HR manager in handling employee violations and concerns.
• Planning and implementing programs and processes to improve employee welfare.
• Managing employee records in Employee Relations
