Responsibilities

• Maintain and manage employee talent profiles, ensuring accurate records of skills, qualifications, and career interests.
• Integrate talent profile data with performance management, learning, and succession planning modules.
• Use talent profiles to identify skill gaps and training needs across the organization.
• Support career and succession planning by analyzing employee competencies and identifying potential internal candidates for key roles.
• Assist recruiting by matching internal candidates to open positions based on skills and experience.
• Utilize talent ratings to assess performance, potential, and readiness for development or promotion.

• Strong understanding of Human Capital Management (HCM) systems, such as Oracle Fusion HCM.
• Knowledge of talent management processes: performance management, learning, succession planning, and recruiting.
• Ability to analyze and interpret employee data to inform HR decisions.
• Familiarity with competency frameworks, certifications, and other HR data structures.
• Attention to detail, data-driven mindset, and strong organizational skills.
• Communication skills to collaborate with HR teams, managers, and employees.
