Position: Senior Sales Administrator (Php50,00 salary)

Work Schedule: Weekends Off (8:30AM to 5:30PM)

Salary: Php 50,000 - Php70,000 (Negotiable depending on years of working experience)

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Bachelors degree holder
• At least 6 years of experience in:

1. Preparing quotations and proposals
2. Processing orders

• Monthly customer monitoring and sales administration tasks
• Minimum 2 years in a team leader or supervisory role
• Knowledge of taxation, accounting processes, or financial reconciliation is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite in Taguig
• Amenable to attend face-to-face interviews

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the follow-up and collection of receivables, including client visits when required, with strong focus on aged accounts
• Coordinate closely with the Finance and Accounting teams on credit management and collections
• Review and prepare monthly accounts receivable reports and sales administrative updates for the Head of Finance
• Ensure accuracy and completeness of customer documents, including Official Receipts and Collection Receipts
• Oversee the resolution of invoicing discrepancies and conduct regular account reviews
• Facilitate smooth coordination between internal departments to support efficient sales and financial operations
• Guide and support the sales administration team to ensure timely and accurate processing of transactions
