Description
Job Title: Operations Assistant Manager Insurance
Location: Alabang
Work Setup: Onsite
Shift: Graveyard
Salary: PHP 65,000 - 75000
- Support daily operations for an insurance account
- Supervise team performance and ensure SLA/KPI compliance
- Handle insurance billing, ECC, and process escalations
- Conduct coaching, feedback, and performance reviews
- Ensure quality, productivity, and compliance standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders to improve operational results
- Assist in reports, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 2+ years pure insurance experience (required)
- 23 years contact center experience
- At least 1 year in a leadership/supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of insurance billing and ECC
- BPO background is required
- Amenable to onsite, graveyard shift in Alabang
