Description
Recruitment and Onboarding
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract the right talents, including identifying needs and opportunities with the current teams, identifying sourcing channels, actively soliciting qualified candidates, conducting interviews, and collaborating with hiring managers.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from organizational analysis and job posting to offer negotiation and successful onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
- Utilize innovative methods to identify and engage qualified candidates, including networking, social media, and industry events.
Engagement
- Design and implement initiatives to enhance employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction.
- Drive a positive organizational culture of excellence and warmth, foster a sense of belonging, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute programs that promote the same
- Conduct regular surveys and assessments to gauge employee sentiment and identify areas for improvement.
Learning and Development
- Identify and assess training needs to develop tailored training plans for HG leaders and team members
- Implement and conduct sessions to enhance skills and competencies
- Evaluate training needs and recommend initiatives as needed.
Employee Relations and Compliance
- Promote care and ensure prompt resolution of HR Concerns
- Ensure compliance with relevant employment laws, regulations, and other organizational requirements (i.e., ISO standards)
- Develop and enforce HR policies and procedures as needed to reflect best practices and support organizational objectives.
- Guide leaders and team members to ensure alignment in understanding and implementing policies, procedures, employee relations, discipline, and other queries
Performance Management:
- Develop and maintain performance management processes and tools to facilitate objective evaluation of employee performance.
- Partner with managers and leaders to set clear performance expectations and goals for their teams, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Implement performance improvement plans and provide coaching to underperforming employees, with a focus on driving growth and development.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular reports and presentations on recruitment metrics, employee engagement levels, and performance management outcomes for senior leadership.
- Other tasks as assigned
