Job Title: Trainer Insurance Account
Salary: PHP 40,000
Work Setup: Onsite
Location: Alabang
Shift: Graveyard
The Trainer will be responsible for delivering effective training programs for an Insurance account, ensuring agents meet quality, productivity, and compliance standards. This role requires strong insurance domain knowledge, BPO training experience, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate new hire and refresher training
- Deliver insurance process and billing training
- Develop and update training materials
- Conduct assessments and knowledge checks
- Monitor trainee performance and readiness
- Provide coaching and feedback
- Analyze training gaps and trends
- Maintain training documentation and reports
- Insurance billing
- Policy servicing
- ECC account handling
- Training facilitation
- BPO training exp
- Contact center ops
- QA and coaching
- Data analysis
- Documentation skills
- CRM tools
- MS Office skills
- Communication skills
- Bachelors degree preferred (or equivalent experience)
- 12 years pure insurance experience
- 23 years contact center experience
- At least 1 year training experience
- Strong insurance billing and ECC knowledge
- Prior BPO experience required
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
