Description
A Customer Care Associate is expected to manage companys transportation and shuttle services, answer incoming calls and respond to clients emails, manage inquiries and concerns and provide general information to clients and employees with a high level of professionalism and positive attitude.


Job Responsibilities:
  • Answer incoming calls and respond to clients emails
  • Provide service information to clients.
  • Route calls to appropriate resources
  • Document all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Recognize, document, and alert immediate supervisor about the status of calls.
  • Follow up clients calls when necessary
  • Complete call logs and reports
  • Attend trainings to improve skills and product knowledge
  • Learn Companys Products and Services
  • Meet Service Level Agreement
  • Scheduling transportation services, planning routes, and assigning drivers.
  • Developing and implementing improved transportation administration policies and procedures.
  • Managing car/ van scheduled preventive maintenance.
  • Liaising between managers/ employees/ clients and drivers, as well as collaborating with other departments to optimize transportation services.
  • Planning routes and preparing schedules, as well as tracking and reporting progress with orders.
  • Handling client queries and escalating serious complaints to management.

  • Ability to deliver services with the highest standards
  • Amenable to work on a shifting schedule


Minimum Qualifications:

  • Preferably College Graduate
  • Proficient in Microsoft Applications
  • At least 1 year of experience in a call center environment
  • Excellent data entry and typing skills
  • Superior listening, verbal, and written communication skills



The deployment location may be at KMC Uptown, Arthaland, or Picadilly, depending on operational requirements.
