Job Requirements:
- Bachelors degree holder
- With 5 years of experience as a Senior HR Generalist
- Willing to work in Pasig City
- Willing to attend face-to-face interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
Job Responsibilities:
- Liaise with the companys partner HR firm and external service providers
- Work closely with hiring managers to support recruitment efforts and workforce planning
- Address employee relations matters, including grievances and disciplinary cases
- Foster employee engagement and provide HR guidance to both employees and management
- Oversee payroll processing and administration of employee benefit
