JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree holder
- Open for Fresh Graduates, Undergraduates, and Senior Highschool graduate
- With 6 months - 1 year of experience in Customer Service is an advantage.
- Amenable to attend interviews
- Can start as soon as possible
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Address customer inquiries about products and services with accuracy and professionalism.
- Handle customer transactions and order processing promptly and efficiently.
- Organize, update, and maintain data and information records.
- Resolve customer concerns by identifying issues and providing effective solutions.
- Carry out additional tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
