JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
- Prepare annual budgets and monitor ongoing performance against them.
- Lead the preparation of annual budgets in collaboration with department heads.
- Provide regular reports on budget performance, cost efficiency, and ROI of initiatives.
- Provide post-implementation reviews of financial outcomes.
- Establish and improve budgeting procedures and cost control policies.
