Job Description: Financial Advisor

A Financial Advisor helps individuals and families make smart financial decisions by providing guidance on insurance, savings, investments, and financial protection. The role is flexible and can be done part-time or full-time, with most work done online or from home.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess clients financial needs, goals, and current situation
• Educate clients about life insurance, health insurance, investments, and savings plans
• Recommend suitable financial solutions based on clients needs
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Conduct online or face-to-face consultations and presentations
• Assist clients with applications, documentation, and policy servicing
• Attend trainings, coaching sessions, and team meetings
• Continuously improve product knowledge and sales skills

Work Setup

• Hybrid / Work-from-home setup
• Flexible working hours (minimum 23 hours per day for part-timers)
• Can be done alongside a full-time job

Qualifications

• Graduate of any 4-year course
• Residing within Metro Manila or nearby provinces
• No experience required (training provided)
• Willing to be trained and take the licensure exam
