STAFF ACCOUNTANT

Client Profile:

A business process outsourcing (BPO) company founded in the 1970s and based in France, providing services in communication, content moderation, customer relationship management, telemarketing, and debt collection.

Work Location: McKinley, Taguig City

Industry: BPO

Salary: Php 25,000 Php 27,000

Schedule: Flexible hours

Responsibilities:

• Record and track financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable
• Prepare monthly and annual financial statements such as balance sheets and income statements
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and local tax regulations
• Assist with internal and external financial and tax audits
• Lead and mentor a team of research analysts
• Maintain internal controls and support improvements in financial processes

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in Accountancy, Accounting, or a related field
• At least 1 year of accounting experience
• CPA and non-CPA applicants are welcome
• Experience in a BPO environment is an advantage
• Willing to work onsite
• Can start as soon as possible
