Position: Marketing Manager (Retail Operation)

Location: Taguig City

Work Setup: Onsite

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Salary: Php50,000-Php80,000 (Negotiable)

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree
• With at least 3 years of experience in marketing / retail operation
• With experience working in electronic company is an advantage
• Amenable to attend interviews
• Can start as soon as possible

Job Description / Responsibilities

• Monitor and track daily sales performance by channel, regional coordinator (RC), and store; prepare and distribute daily sales updates.
• Prepare and analyze weekly sales performance reports; present insights to Sales teams, RCs, Product Managers, and Management.
• Generate monthly sales reports and conduct evaluations of three-month promoter performance.
• Distribute weekly store inventory reports, providing insights to support purchase order (PO) planning and replenishment.
• Manage marketing expense budgets, including monitoring, documentation, and reimbursement for promoter and RC salaries, point-of-purchase (POP) materials, exhibitions, and other marketing-related expenses.
