Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to executives, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangements
- Assist in event planning and execution for corporate activities
- Draft, review, and manage correspondence, reports, and other documentation
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
- Support day-to-day operational tasks as required by management
Qualifications / Skills:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Skilled in meeting management, travel coordination, and event planning
- Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
