Description

Responsibilities

  • Monitoring of Tiktok Shop Center
  • Reports to the Operations Supervisor with all progress, keeping them updated on the progress of the staff and the completion of sales targets
  • Assisting and answering queries of clients and/or customers
  • Develop and maintain customer relations and key accounts
  • Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues


Qualifications:

  • Experience in any form of sales, E-commerce, importation, logistics or BPO is a huge factor
  • Fluent in English (conversational level)
  • Experience in any sales generating industry (especially BPO) is preferred
  • Cold Calling experience is a huge plus
  • Strong customer service skills (ability to build rapport, demonstrate empathy and outline key steps in delivering good customer service
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel functions
  • Experience in lead generation or head hunting of clients is preferred
  • Willing to work onsite in BGC, Taguig City
